What we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, brand name, brand website or Amazon store link, where your brand is based, where you sell, your approximate annual sales range, and anything you write in the message box. If you email us, we collect your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you visit the website, our website provider, Squarespace, may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived. Non-essential cookies are only used if you accept them through our cookie banner.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we can work together. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract.

• To keep records of our business relationship if we go on to work together. We rely on our legitimate interests and our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

• To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it. We rely on your consent, given through the cookie banner.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our website and email, including Squarespace (website hosting and forms) and our email provider. They process information on our behalf and only under our instructions. Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If we don't go on to work together, we delete enquiry information within 24 months of our last contact. If we do work together, we keep business records for as long as the relationship lasts and then for up to six years, to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent. To use any of these rights, email info@kkbonline.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
